Registered Yoga Teacher 200 hours
Connection, authenticity, and vitality are the main driving forces in Ariyanna’s work with clients. Her approach is unique to each individual she works with, as she truly believes that you are the best guide in the therapeutic process. Whether it is looking to the past for understanding, finding ways to connect to the present, or cultivating hope for the future – Ariyanna strives to create a warm and supportive space for clients to reflect and connect.
Her clients are often working through depression, anxiety, ADHD, perfectionism, shame and early childhood trauma. She is a strong ally for the LGBTQIA+ community and neurodivergent friendly.
She incorporates aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Somatic approaches and Mindfulness techniques into her sessions. This combination emphasizes the mind-body connection, embracing emotions, looking at our connection to the world and moving forward in alignment with your values.
Ariyanna is also currently training in the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) which focuses on early childhood trauma, complex PTSD and relational trauma. This approach focuses on building connection with yourself and others, re-establishing a sense of trust and building on your own innate strengths to work through past trauma.
